| Do I need to bring anything? | The first meeting helps us to get to know each other, and to find out what you’re looking to achieve. It’s more of a conversation than a factfinding mission. Having details of your arrangements can be helpful, but it’s not essential. |
| Do I have to pay for the initial meeting? | Absolutely not. We offer a free initial meeting. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to see if we feel we want to work together. There's absolutely no obligations to take things forward from there. |
| Are you independent? | We’re not tied to any organisation or restricted. We don't hold the regulatory authority to advise on final salary pensions and there might be areas that are outside of our expertise, but we'll tell you that straightaway. |
| Are you qualified? | Our profession has seen a big change in the minimum standard of qualification over recent years. We're qualified and hold all the necessary qualifications to deliver an excellent service to you and are fully authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. |
