"Everything in plain English which I really appreciate"

Marco has been looking after my financial planning for 11 years now and I am extremely satisfied with the service I get. He is always happy to answer any questions I have and regularly keeps me updated on all aspects. He ensures we discuss any changes that may need to be made and that I’m entirely happy about them, explaining everything in plain English which I really appreciate.
