They make the mechanics of delivering the advice more straightforward which enables us to do more of what we want to………. seeing our clients and engaging with them.
All too often, professionals spend a great deal of their time in their offices, battling through reports, paperwork, etc. In our view, whilst we understand that clients are aware that the ‘admin’ needs to be done, we feel they would rather see us and be reassured that we are fully engaged in their financial futures.
So, we have been adapting, creating and deleting things recently so that we will have a very solid foundation for moving forward to the next level with our clients.
